How to make Rope halters????

my dad is after me to learn how to make rope halters can anyone exsplain how to make one or help me find a web site to make one i've looked all over and cant find a good one. thanksThey are not hard to make and as stated, too hard to describe in type though.  I made hundreds of them and it was a pain in the neck after a while.   Buying the rope and spending the time is not really worth making them as you can buy them for as little as $7.00, not to mention the strain you put onto your hands tying knots but if you just want to make your own, it can be a fun little project and you can find some really cool rope to use.  The key is to learn how to correctly tie your knot.  I don't have a link to add but seen that others have done that already.  Unfortunately, I can think of no way to type out instructions.they are very easy to make but not easy to describe. There must be a website somewhere that can show pictures. Keep looking.The first link looks better but give them both a shot.
