Can you be goth and Christian or not?--?

I don't wanna be Satanic): HELP!!!!It depends on what you mean by goth... if you are into the style like black clothing and hair and the pale face that is one thing... but if you are into the life style and morbid thinking and living that some goth people are into that is different.  Some people who are "goth" are into vampires and totally look up to people like Ann Rice.  This isn't going to be in line with following Christ.  

However if you just love the fashions of many "goth" clothes this is different.    Take me... I am totally into the style but i am also a christian.   I love the black hair and "different" look of many goth outfits...and I find it sexy on my husband to have black hair and sometimes some make up...   So if you are questioning in terms of how you look -  and not how you think and act like a goth - I would say definitly YES.  Go for it!!  It is just your shell -  The most important part of you that God cares for is your heart and soul.  

Besides -  If you dress like a goth maybe you can be a "light" to that side of our population.  We all are in this world for a reason and we can be a light to anyone in our path.  So if you dress in the way you like - you can show other goths that you can dress this way and still be a christian  AND you can also show outsiders that not all people who dress "goth" are bad or evil like some people think...

Kind of like Harley riders - who are christians.  they may look gruff and tough but they Love God and THAT'S WHAT COUNTS  :)Ofcourse you can be! Being a Goth is expressing your fashion or anything else through dark especially black colors. But you cans still be a Christian through you belief in God and Christ! Christianity is a Religion while Goth is an expression of oneself.Yes, just dont be a self proclaimed goth, you can DRESS like a goth and still BE a christianYes, because I am. Like others have said..."Goth" as a fashion - There's nothing wrong with that, just as long as you're living right, obey God, & 10 commandments. Some Goths are Satanic, but, not all. The fishnets, black clothes, white make-up, etc....That's just the cover, right?. What's inside is what counts, & God knows your heart. A lot of Goth ways are dark & satanic - This I am against. You're old enough to know right & wrong...Just be yourself - A Goth Christian :)Yes, in fact most of the goths I know are Christian, including one very devout Catholic who I dated.  Being goth has nothing to do with Satan, don't worry.Yes you can. How does a goth act? I am a Christian, very incolved in my church, and I also read Anne Rice every night before I go to bed. She recently wrote a book on the life of Christ! Anyway.. Yes, you can be. I promise dressing in black dosen't make you satanic. Unless you pledge your life to satan, you can dress in all the black and spikes and chains you want and still be just as good as any boring dressing Chrisitian.I am goth and Christian. Yea, I get called a satan worshipper, But people judge this book by its cover.
It is totally o.k. to be a gothic Christian as long as you do not participate in the satanic rituals normally associated with gothic style. Theres a difference between our style and our lives; Goth style=just what we wear, and look like, Goth life=evil satanic ways,all around evil.
As long as you stick with the style, and don't start going with the lifestyle, you're fine. As long as you have a strong faith in God, and fully accept the Bible and all within it, then you are Christian. There are many people at my church whose style doesn't reflect their lives . I've seen the "hootchie mama" Christians, the "heavily tattooed with ungodly symbols" Christians, and the list goes on and on. It is your lifestyle and spiritual life, not your style, that reflects whether you are a Christian or not.You can be anything you want because it is a choiceno
